Workshops

Join us in helping others to help themselves at the School for Compassionate Action: Yoga & Meditation for Communities in Need.

Practice with us. Practice is an integral part of the School for Compassionate Action.

Be Part of our Local Community as we support each other in facing the challenges of being helpful to others who are suffering and need our help. There are many ways to help others – we are focused on sharing the traditions of yoga, meditation and compassion. If you are too – join us for a day or weekend workshop.
